You have to factor in the floor, the lift or lack of it, narrow streets where parking isn't always possible, and furniture that won't fit through the door unless it's taken apart first. We work all of that out before quoting you, not during the move.

Common questions about flat moves
How much does a flat move in Barcelona cost?
The service starts at €80 per hour with van, driver and one mover. The final figure depends on the volume of the home, the floor, whether there's a lift and the distance between both addresses. We give you the fixed price before starting, so you know from the outset what you're working with.
How long does a two-bedroom flat move take?
Within Barcelona, a two-bedroom flat is usually done in one working day, between four and six hours if both addresses have a lift. Without a lift it takes longer and we usually add an extra mover so the day doesn't drag on.
Do I have to pack the boxes myself?
Only if you want to. We can handle the full packing, deal only with fragile items such as glassware, pictures and electronics, or leave that part to you. If you'd rather start on your own, we sell you the materials and deliver them in advance.
Do you dismantle and reassemble the furniture?
Yes, it's part of the service. We dismantle wardrobes, beds, shelving and tables at the old flat, keep the fittings labelled per item and put everything back together at the new address, in whichever room you tell us.
What if my building has no lift?
We factor it into the quote. Carrying things up and down stairs takes longer and usually needs an extra mover, so tell us the floor when you ask for a price and it will already be included. It never shows up later as an extra.
Do I need to reserve parking outside the building?
On narrow streets or in loading zones with restricted hours it's worth applying to the council for a reserved space in advance. We'll tell you whether you need one and how to arrange it once we've reviewed both addresses.
How far in advance should I book the date?
One to two weeks is typical. Demand rises sharply at the end of the month and over the summer, so if your date is fixed it's worth confirming it early. For small moves we usually have slots within a few days.
Do you also handle moves outside Barcelona?
Yes. Beyond the metropolitan area, we carry out home moves anywhere in Spain and international moves across Europe. For these it helps to give us a bit more notice so we can plan the route.
