Cafés and restaurants

Café and restaurant removals in Barcelona without losing more days than necessary

We move commercial kitchens, cold rooms, bar counters, dining-room furniture and tableware. We work overnight or on your closing day so you can reopen as soon as possible.

We work outside service hours

In hospitality, a move isn't measured in boxes but in days with the till closed. Every day without service is revenue that never comes back, which is why relocating a bar or restaurant is planned backwards compared to a home: first you fix the day you need to be open in the new place, and everything else is organised from there.

Advantages

Why a hospitality move isn't like any other

Hours that don't close you down

We work at night, on your day off or between services. You choose the window and we stick to it.

Cold rooms and refrigeration

We know how to move fridges, freezers and cold rooms: orderly disconnection, upright transport and resting time before plugging back in.

Tableware and glassware

Plates, glasses and bottles packed individually with dividers. Fragile items never travel loose in a shared box.

Bar and furniture dismantling

Counters, wall shelving, tables and chairs: we dismantle, label by area and reassemble at the new premises.

Premises on difficult streets

Ciutat Vella, Gràcia, El Born: narrow streets, restricted loading hours and awkward access. We deal with it daily.

One single contact

One person coordinates the whole move. You won't have to explain the same thing three times to three different crews.

What's included

Everything the service covers

Every venue is different. We adjust the crew and materials to the real inventory after visiting the site.

Prior site visit

Free of charge. We check access, door widths and which equipment needs special handling.

Hour-by-hour moving plan

With the agreed window and loading order, so the kitchen is the last thing out and the first thing in.

Kitchen equipment transport

Ovens, griddles, fryers, dishwashers and extraction hoods, protected and secured in the van.

Cold rooms and refrigeration

Transported upright, with resting time before start-up at the new site.

Packing of tableware and glassware

Boxes with dividers, paper and film. Each box labelled by area: bar, dining room, kitchen, storeroom.

Furniture dismantling and assembly

Counter, shelving, tables, chairs and terrace furniture. Assembled at the new site to the layout you specify.

Removal of what you no longer need

Old furniture or broken equipment taken to the recycling centre, so the old premises are left empty.

How it works

From closing time to reopening

01

We visit the venue

We review the inventory, measure access points and note which equipment needs technical dismantling or prior disconnection.

02

We set the date and time window

Overnight, closing day or weekend. We send a fixed quote with the hourly plan in writing.

03

We pack and load

Tableware first, furniture next, kitchen equipment last. Everything labelled by area of the new venue.

04

We set up at the new site

We place each unit where it belongs and assemble the furniture, so all that's left is connecting up and reopening.

FAQ

Common questions from bars and restaurants

How much does it cost to relocate a bar or restaurant?

The service starts at €80 per hour with van, driver and mover, but in hospitality the final figure depends on the kitchen inventory, the dining-room furniture and the time window you need us to work in. That's why we do a free site visit first and then send a fixed written quote.

How many days will I have to close?

A small venue with a simple kitchen is usually done in one day, working overnight or on your day off. Restaurants with a full kitchen and terrace need one to two days. At the site visit we give you the real number, not an optimistic guess.

Can you work at night or on public holidays?

Yes, it's standard for this kind of move. We agree the window with you so the old venue is cleared on time and the new one is ready before the next service.

Do you move cold rooms and refrigeration units?

Yes. We always transport them upright and respect the resting time before reconnection, to avoid damaging the compressor. What we don't do is disconnect or connect gas or electrical installations: that's a job for a certified technician.

Who disconnects the gas cooker?

A certified installer, before we arrive. We handle the transport and positioning. If you need a technician, we can recommend someone we've worked alongside before.

Do you pack the glassware and crockery?

Yes, with divider boxes made for glasses and crockery. It's where most breakages happen when done in a rush, so we always recommend including it, labelled by area.

Do I need a loading permit?

On many streets in Ciutat Vella, El Born or Gràcia, yes, especially for night work or if the van has to stay parked for a while. We'll tell you whether your address needs one and how to arrange it when we review both venues.

Do you take away furniture I won't be using?

Yes. We remove tables, chairs or equipment that isn't moving and take it to the recycling centre, so you can hand the old premises back empty.
