In an office the expensive part isn't the furniture, it's your staff's time. Twenty people unable to work on a Monday costs far more than the move itself. That's why the relocation is planned around the working calendar rather than the other way round: everything goes out on Friday afternoon and on Monday each person finds their desk assembled and their box beside it.
Why an office is moved differently
Weekend or overnight
We load on Friday at closing time and everything is assembled by Monday. Nobody loses a working day.
IT equipment
Towers, monitors and peripherals packed per workstation, with cables bundled and labelled with the user's name.
Numbering by workstation
Every desk, pedestal and box carries its number on the new floor plan. Unloading stops being guesswork.
Confidential archives
Archive boxes sealed and numbered, with the list kept by you. Nothing is opened along the way.
Operational furniture
Desks, partitions, cabinets and meeting rooms dismantled and reassembled to the new office plan.
One single contact
One person coordinates with your office manager. You won't have to explain the plan to every mover.
Everything the service covers
We adjust crew, materials and schedule to the number of workstations after seeing both offices.
Site visit and destination plan
Free of charge. We count workstations, measure access and agree where each desk goes in the new office.
Numbered archive boxes
We deliver them in advance so each person can prepare their desk before moving day.
Equipment packed per workstation
Each user's computer, monitors and cables kept together and labelled with their name.
Furniture dismantling
Desks, partitions, shelving and filing cabinets, with fittings labelled by module.
Protected transport
Blankets and film for furniture, plus dedicated securing for screens and delicate equipment.
Assembly to the floor plan
Every workstation assembled in place, with its pedestal and box beside it, ready to start.
Removal of furniture and cardboard
Whatever isn't moving goes to the recycling centre, so the old office is handed back empty.

Common questions from companies and offices
The service starts at €80 per hour with van, driver and mover, but for an office the figure depends on the number of workstations, the archive and whether the move happens at the weekend. We do a free site visit and send a fixed written quote.
Yes, it's the most common option. We load on Friday at closing time and assemble at the new office on Saturday, so on Monday everyone finds their desk ready. We also work public holidays when the date calls for it.
A weekend is usually enough if both addresses have a lift or goods lift. Without one, or with a very large archive, it may need an extra day. We give you the exact figure at the site visit.
We transport and place the equipment at each workstation with labelled cables, but network connection, servers and configuration are handled by your IT department or provider. We leave everything ready so all they have to do is plug in.
Archive boxes are sealed and numbered, and the list stays with your manager. They are never opened during the move. If you need a signed confidentiality agreement, tell us when requesting the quote.
We dismantle and reassemble modular partitions, meeting tables and cabinets. If the installation is fixed, involving building work or structural glass, the original installer is needed: we'll tell you which case applies at the visit.
Yes. We deliver numbered archive boxes days beforehand so everyone can empty their pedestal calmly. Nothing speeds up moving day more.
For an office it's best to give two or three weeks' notice, especially for a weekend move. Crew, vehicle and, if the building requires it, the goods lift booking all have to be coordinated.
